("LMS") provided by the School.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the LMS, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. For students who are minors,
acceptance includes consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Eligibility
- The LMS must be used strictly for educational purposes.
- The School may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Account Responsibilities
- Users must keep login credentials confidential.
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- All activity under an account is the responsibility of the user.
Use of the System
- No offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- No bullying, harassment, or unauthorized access.
- The School may monitor LMS activity.
Data Privacy
Personal information collected will be used only for educational, administrative, and
legal purposes in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
Intellectual Property
All LMS content is the intellectual property of the School. Student-created content
remains the property of the student, but grants the School a limited license for
educational use.
Termination
The School may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or
applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by applicable educational laws and regulations.
